Welcome

Hello and Welcome to my website. My name is Francine Milford and I am a Reiki Master/Practitioner (from several lineages). I am also a wholistic practitioner and Energy Worker who opened the Reiki Center of Venice more than ten years. As a Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, I have earned six certifications in the Fitness Industry. In my spare time, I am also a reporter, author, freelance writer, mom and wife.

My love for natural methods of health and fitness stem from my childhood where my mother practiced many "old wive's tales" ways to keep the family healthy. She tried to avoid doctors whenever possible and so used many ideas that her own mother used on her. They worked!

I have always felt a close connection to the Earth and to the energies that surround us all. My desire to learn has brought me to study such topics as Aromatherapy, Herbology, Acupressure, Charka Balancing, Qigong and more.

I have attempted to bring the best of both worlds together-the Alternative and the Conventional for total body, mind and spirit healing. I would be honored if I can assist you on your journey.
